Chairman and founder of Integrated Asset Management Corp. since 1998. Co-founder and Chairman of Integrated Partners. Chairman, BluMont Capital Inc. since 2005. Principal, Integrated Managed Futures Corp. Co-founder of Koloshuk Farrugia Corp., 1988. Initiated and led some of Canada's largest acquisitions and restructurings. Former Vice-President and Director of ScotiaMcLeod, specializing in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and merchant banking, 1975-1988. David H. Atkins, is Senior Adviser to Lang Michener, lawyers, and Chairman of Nightingale Informatix Corporation. In addition, he serves as a director and chairs the audit committees of various public companies, namely Kingsway Financial Services Inc., Pareto Corporation, Pethealth Insurance Inc. and Nightingale Informatix Corporation.. He is also a director of various financial service companies in the private sector. Mr. Atkins was formerly a senior partner with Coopers & Lybrand, leading its audit practice and financial services practice in Canada. He served as an Officer in the British Army in Germany with the 7th Armoured Division. M.A. (Law) Oxford, FCA (Ontario), FCA (England and Wales).

Bruce Day is an experienced director with more than 12 years of significant board experience complemented by more than 20 years of senior roles in corporate development, finance and treasury.  Mr. Day is a director and member of the Audit and Corporate Development Committees of JDS Uniphase Corp., a public, California based manufacturer of fibre optic components and systems.  He is also a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Group IV Semiconductor Inc., a developer of silicon based solid state lighting systems.  He also serves as the Chair of the Independent Review Committee of the Heritage Educational Foundation.  Mr. Day has served as Vice President, Treasurer of Rogers Communications Inc., Vice President Finance and Administration of Rogers Wireless Inc. and Vice President, Corporate Development of Rogers Communications Inc.  He held key leadership roles in finance, mergers and acquisitions, pension investment management and income tax planning. B.Math., University of Waterloo, CA, member, Institute of Corporate Directors.

Chief Investment Officer of BluMont Capital since 2001. Veronika Hirsch is lead Portfolio Manager of the BluMont Canadian Opportunities Fund, the BluMont Hirsch Long/Short Fund and the BluMont Hirsch Performance Fund. Ms. Hirsch has been in the investment management industry for 25 years. Portfolio Manager, Prudential (now Mackenzie), AGF and Fidelity.

Donald C.Lowe is a corporate director with over 40 years of experience as a senior executive. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Canada, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kidd Creek Mines, President and Chief Executive Officer, Canadair, Deputy Chairman, Bombardier, President and Chief Executive Officer, Fleet Industries and Chairman, Sedgwick Limited. Mr. Lowe is a member of the Advisory Board, Engineering Faculty, University of Toronto. John Robertson co-founded Integrated Private Debt as  First Treasury in 1987. John is Chairman and is responsible for the strategic direction and of the company’s private placement debt business.

Prior to founding First Treasury, John served Commercial Capital and CIBC in a variety of commercial lending capacities.

John was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Asset Management on December 7, 2010.

John is a past Director and Chair of the Fund Raising Committee of the Fred Victor Centre and a past director of Horizons for Youth.He is a Director of Integrated Asset Management Corp.

He holds a B.A. from McMaster University.
