John Robertson co-founded Integrated Private Debt as First Treasury in 1987. John is Chairman and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s private placement debt business. Prior to founding First Treasury, John served Commercial Capital and CIBC in a variety of commercial lending capacities. John was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Asset Management on December 7, 2010. John is a past Director and Chair of the Fund Raising Committee of the Fred Victor Centre and a past director of Horizons for Youth. He is a Director of Integrated Asset Management Corp. Paul has been registered with the CFTC as an Associated Person since April, 2011 and is an associate member of the National Futures Association. Paul joined Integrated Asset Management in 2008 as Vice-President, Private Investment. For the 4 years prior to that, he was Associate Vice-President, Institutional and Offshore at BluMont Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of IAM. Prior to joining BluMont, Paul practiced corporate and securities law with Lang Michener LLP. He also served as legal and policy counsel with the Toronto Stock Exchange. Paul is past President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ontario.
