Responsible for all accounting, reporting and treasury functions for GPM and its subsidiaries. In addition to his finance responsibilities, Mr. Burns also acts as Corporate Secretary and is a member of the GPM Investment Committee. Prior to joining GPM, he had more than fourteen years experience in various finance and treasury roles with Ivanhoe Cambridge. B.A. (Comm.), University of Toronto, C.A. Joined GPM in 2006.

Responsible for all aspects of the strategic asset management of the portfolios, including the performance and direction of outsourced property management. Responsibilities include the approval of all leasing deals to maximize the performance of each of the portfolios under management, as well as the management of all financial and operational aspects. Mr. Becket is a member of the GPM Investment Committee. Dave commenced his career in Real Estate Management in 1990 in South Africa and has held positions of Senior VP, Real Estate, and Executive VP, Asset Management, for a large retail / wholesale group and a REIT, respectively. Responsible for the asset management of the portfolios under management, as well as directing property management companies to ensure that they adhere to management policies and procedures, guidelines and strategies. Role includes the overseeing of  leasing, operational  budgeting and financial aspects of management.  Mr. Hamer managed several property development projects for The Sparrow Group of Companies prior to joining GPM. B.Comm. (Hons.), McMaster University, M.B.A., Richard Ivey School of Business. Joined GPM in 2010.
